Jonathan is FCA qualified (ICAEW) with 20 years' experience. He is focused on delivering data-driven financial information through system improvements, with a focus on timely, accessible and quality information, supporting the business and operational teams across site commercials, project reporting and FP&A.

He joined Martin Grant Land in June 2026, having previously spent over five years in land promotion, providing commercial and financial support across the development process, from site viability through to delivery. Prior to this, Jonathan held senior finance positions across the construction, transport, insurance and marketing services sectors.
