Alice is a Chartered Town Planner with 15 years of experience in the private sector. She has extensive expertise in coordinating large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful residential development projects, ensuring both strategic and practical planning objectives are met.

Prior to joining Martin Grant Land, Alice spent 9 years at Welbeck Strategic Land, a leading land promotion company, where she served as Planning Director. Prior to this, she worked in planning consultancy, including at Boyer and Planning Potential, focussing on residential development and strategic land in southern England.
