By working closely with landowners, stakeholders, and communities, we build strong relationships founded on trust. Our goal is to maximise the potential of each site, secure planning consent as efficiently as possible, and deliver lasting value for landowners while ensuring new developments integrate seamlessly with their surroundings."

Our heritage

The story of Martin Grant Land is rooted in more than four decades of family-run housebuilding, property, and farming. As Martin Grant Homes, we earned a reputation for quality, attention to detail, and creating places where people truly wanted to live. That same dedication to care and craftsmanship now informs every aspect of our land promotion work. As farmers, we own and manage 1000+ acres of agricultural land near our offices in Abinger Hammer, Surrey and this gives us a unique understanding of the issues and opportunities facing farmers.

Our heritage is about more than experience. It is about values. Integrity, collaboration, and long-term thinking has guided us from the start, shaping the way we build relationships with landowners and communities. These principles remain at the heart of Martin Grant Land, ensuring that each project is handled with the same commitment and personal attention that has defined our business for generations.
