James joined Martin Grant Homes in the summer of 2023 with a specific remit to guide the Company from a traditional high-quality housebuilder to a leading land promotion business. He brings with him a wealth of experience gained from previous roles and enjoys the challenge of unlocking difficult and complex developments and seeing projects through their entire lifespan, from initial identification of opportunities to delivery of planning permission and value realisation.
