Jonny is an experienced Chartered Town Planner with over 12 years' professional experience, spanning land promotion, house building and planning consultancy. Jonny has a diverse skillset and range of experience across the planning sphere, ranging from strategic residential-led projects, to mixed use commercial developments.

Prior to joining Martin Grant Land, Jonny worked at Thakeham Homes for five and a half years and led the promotion of a portfolio of sites through the Local Plan and application processes. Before his time at Thakeham Homes, Jonny spent several years in planning consultancy and worked for both Knight Frank and GL Hearn.

Experience in both client side and planning consultancy has provided Jonny with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and nuances of the various aspects of planning to realise value for external clients and in-house development proposals. As Senior Planning Manager, Jonny leads the promotion and planning application process for a range of sites of varying scales.
