Richard joined the company in 2017, bringing extensive experience in technical and development roles from major housing developers. He began his career in architecture, gaining expertise in site layout and built form, before moving into development.

Prior to joining Martin Grant Land, Richard worked at Laing Homes, Crest Nicholson, and Linden Homes, working on a wide range of projects, from high-rise city developments to large multi-phased sites and high-end residential schemes. He applies this experience to ensure each site achieves well-planned, practical layouts and that all infrastructure and highways requirements can be delivered.
