Noel is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Martin Grant Land. He began his career in the industry as a carpenter, gaining hands-on experience that laid the foundation for a deep understanding of every aspect of construction. Over the years, he advanced through a variety of roles in commercial building and housebuilding before moving into sales and land acquisition with Martin Grant Homes.

He later became Managing Director of the company’s St Albans office, overseeing operations across the northern Home Counties, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire. In 2000, following the passing of his father and company founder, Martin Grant, Noel took over leadership of the Group.

Drawing on his extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience, Noel has successfully guided the company for more than 25 years. Today, he continues to lead the business into the future as Martin Grant Land, focusing on strategic land promotion and development opportunities.
