Simon has over 35 years of experience in land and planning, primarily at senior director level. He began his career at Croudace Homes and subsequently held roles at Laing, Bellway, Fairclough, and Hillreed Homes. He later established a successful land sourcing role at Barton Willmore, focusing on strategic land.

Prior to joining Martin Grant Homes, Simon spent more than 11 years at A2Dominion, a leading residential property group and housing association, where he served as Executive Director/Managing Director for their development and housebuilding business outside London. He also led the Group’s strategic land initiatives and development projects in Bristol and Oxford, ultimately serving as Land & Planning Director.
