Dharm brings 18 years of experience across housebuilding and design, spanning the architectural delivery of high-end bespoke homes to the technical delivery of volume housing schemes and residential refurbishments for several PLC housebuilders.

He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Building (MCIOB) and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT). Prior to joining Martin Grant Land, Dharm worked as a Senior Technical Manager whilst at Antler Homes, Shanly Homes and Howarth Homes, leading design teams on private and housing association residential schemes.
