Martin Grant Land has been promoting 1,400 acres of farmland in northern Cambridge for several years. In Autumn 2025, the Greater Cambridgeshire draft Local Plan was published for consultation and confirmed that the site was proposed as a draft housing site for 13,000 homes, together with a significant amount of commercial employment space, and associated infrastructure, including a new train station serving the new East West Rail line. We look forward to evolving and developing our plans for the site in partnership with Greater Cambridgeshire and other key stakeholders.
