Project Overview

Following the submission of a hybrid planning application, in 2023, Martin Grant Land achieved detailed consent for 238 dwellings and outline consent for a further 437 dwellings, employment uses, and a primary school. We have since delivered all the major infrastructure on site, including the road junctions and internal roads.
