Gosden Farm, Guildford

Project Overview

Martin Grant Land own land to the north east of Guildford, known as Gosden Farm. The site is allocated for residential development, and in September 2025, an outline application for a mixed-use development, including up to 1,800 new homes and a large SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace) was submitted to Guildford Borough Council (GBC). We look forward to working with GBC with the aim of achieving consent in 2026.
