Martin Grant Land are preparing a planning application for around 80 dwellings on a site adjacent to Coton, Cambridgeshire. The site is Green Belt but owing to the Council’s deficit in housing land supply, and the changes to the National Planning Policy Framework in December 2024, it is our view that the site constitutes Grey Belt. An outline planning application will be submitted shortly.
