Saunders Lane, Mayford

Martin Grant Land own two parcels of land north of Saunders Lane, Mayford. We have submitted two separate outline applications for up to 310 high quality homes to Woking Borough Council. The sites are Green Belt, however, in line with the changes to national guidance in December 2024, we consider the sites to be Grey Belt. We intend to work with Woking Borough Council with the aim of achieving consent in 2026.

• New public open spaces equivalent in size to 8.5 football pitches, including new play areas for children
